- At the time of collection, the Hirer must present a valid form of identification (passport, ID card, or residency card).
- A refundable deposit of €100 is required to cover potential damages or losses.
- The agreement may only be signed by an individual aged 18 or older, who is responsible for the rented equipment and adherence to the rental terms.
Bicycle Return
- The bicycle must be returned on time as specified in the rental agreement.
- Late returns will incur a fee of €10 per hour or €80 per day.
- No refunds will be issued for early returns.
Use of Equipment
- The bicycle remains the property of Marina Beach 38 and may only be used by the individual named in the rental agreement.
- The Hirer agrees to take good care of the bicycle and its accessories, protecting them from damage, theft, or loss.
- Parking the bicycle unattended in public areas is strictly prohibited.
- The bicycle must not be used on sandy surfaces, off-road terrain, or in a manner inconsistent with its intended use.

- The bicycle must be returned on time as specified in the rental agreement.
- Late returns will incur a fee of €10 per hour or €80 per day.
- No refunds will be issued for early returns.
Use of Equipment
- The bicycle remains the property of Marina Beach 38 and may only be used by the individual named in the rental agreement.
- The Hirer agrees to take good care of the bicycle and its accessories, protecting them from damage, theft, or loss.
- Parking the bicycle unattended in public areas is strictly prohibited.
- The bicycle must not be used on sandy surfaces, off-road terrain, or in a manner inconsistent with its intended use.
- Any faults or damages must be reported immediately.
Hirer’s Responsibility
- The Hirer assumes full responsibility for any damages caused by improper use of the bicycle, including harm to third parties.
- In the event of theft or severe damage, the Hirer is liable for repair or replacement costs at market value.
- Optional damage insurance can be purchased for an additional €25.
- Marina Beach 38 accepts no liability for injuries, accidents, or other incidents occurring during the rental period. It is recommended that the Hirer has personal health and liability insurance.
Traffic Regulations
- The Hirer agrees to comply with all traffic laws and respect other road users.
- Fines or penalties resulting from traffic violations are the sole responsibility of the Hirer.
- Wearing a protective helmet is mandatory and must be adhered to during all rides.
Final Provisions
- The rental is conducted in accordance with Spanish law. Any disputes arising from this agreement are subject to the jurisdiction of Spanish courts.
- The Hirer’s personal data will be used solely for the purpose of providing the rental service, in compliance with applicable data protection regulations.
- In the event of a technical failure, transportation of the bicycle to the rental point is the responsibility of the Hirer. Marina Beach 38 does not offer a pick-up service.
